Personalized Yoga Therapy for Neurological, Autoimmune & Chronic Conditions
Calm your nervous system, preserve strength and function, and reconnect with what feels possible in your body.
What Is Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is a personalized approach that uses movement, breath, mindfulness, and other yogic practices to support meaningful changes in your daily life. Each session is shaped around your experiences, abilities, and goals, offering practical tools that may help regulate your nervous system, improve strength and mobility, reduce tension, and build greater confidence in your body. There is no expectation that your body should move or feel a certain way. We begin where you are and gently explore what may be possible.

Yoga therapy does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. It offers an individualized, whole-person approach that can complement your existing medical care, rehabilitation, or other therapeutic services. The intention is to help you build greater comfort, resilience, confidence, and participation in the life that matters to you.
